The flagship product

The chart that finishes when the visit does.

Patients share their history before the appointment, so physicians walk in with a prepared chart and walk out with the note nearly closed.

See how it works
The math is broken

In our current system, documentation outlasts the visit.

The after-hours charting load has held flat for years, even as health systems invest in wellness. The numbers say the same thing every time.

1 in 5

physicians now spend more than 8 hours a week inside the EHR outside of normal working hours.

0 min

of nightly pajama time is the average for family physicians, and it is not improving.

0 min

of EHR work is attached to a single primary care visit that lasts about half an hour.

How it works

The note starts before the visit.

Move one piece of work, the history patients are happy to give, to the place in the timeline where it belongs.

1

Patients answer first

Before the appointment, the patient works through a guided history from their own device, at their own pace.

2

LinkBox structures it

Their answers become a ready history of present illness, organized and waiting in the chart.

3

The physician confirms

You walk in prepared, confirm and examine instead of stenographing, and go home on time.

Why LinkBox

Less typing, done by the right person.

No new hardware, no scribes, no change to how you practice. Just the history collected earlier, from the person who owns it.

No scribes needed

The most expensive way to capture a history is a live transcription. LinkBox removes the need for one.

Built by a practicing urologist

Designed by a physician who lived the after-hours charting problem, not by a vendor guessing at it.

Doximity single sign-on

Sign in with the credentials you already use. See Doximity SSO.

HIPAA and HITECH, with a BAA

Built for protected health information from the ground up, and a business associate agreement is included.

Works on the device they already carry

No app to download and no waiting-room kiosk. Patients use what they already carry.

Patients on board

They already know their story and are glad to share it early. Patient portal.

Our story

It started over a Father's Day weekend.

Two back-to-back 12-hour days on call, and the holiday happened without him. Every physician has a version of that weekend. It is the moment you realize the backlog of charts is not a workload problem. It is a design problem.

Happier doctors equal happier patients.

LinkBox was built to move one piece of work to where it belongs, so the chart is substantially done when the door closes.
